Famous Celebrities with Feet Problems

A lot of us take our fashion cues from celebrities, mimicking everything from their hair and makeup to their shoes. As a matter of fact, although buying expensive clothes may seem a little unnecessary, the same could not be said for a beautiful pair of shoes. Whether it’s on or off the red carpet, most celebrities sport heels like the rest of us sport sneakers. Celebrities look flawless from head to toe making it seem like their footwear could actually be comfortable. But we know this is not the case. Here are a few famous celebs that have feet problems like the rest of us.

Sarah Jessica Parker – This fashion queen used to wear heels for the majority of the day for almost 10 years (especially while filming Sex and the City.) She not only has foot pain, but actually formed an extra permanent bone on her foot.

Katie Holmes – She has hammertoes on both feet. This is probably from a mix of genetic factors and wearing high heels for too many hours.

Angelina Jolie – Although you would never know it, Angelina is flat footed. She most likely wears custom orthotics in her shoes to keep her as comfortable as possible when she’s working.

Victoria Beckham – This celebrity not only wears heels, but wears stilettos which are difficult to balance in and very hard on your feet. She suffers from bunions and has had surgery in the past to remove them.

David Beckham – This one is a bonus. David has gotten injections in his feet to ease the pain of bone bruises and overuse.

Kristi Yamaguchi – Olympic figure skating champion and Dancing With the Stars winner was born with club feet and used dancing and ice skating as a form of physical therapy to overcome her condition.

This is just a small list of celebrities with feet problems. Almost all (female) celebrities deal with foot issues even if it’s just blisters from wearing new shoes on the red carpet. If you are suffering from foot or ankle problems, switch up your footwear to something more comfortable!
